The data you entrust to Never Boring AI stays yours. The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you specific rights over it, and this page explains how to exercise them, without filling in a form.

Find out what data about you is held, and get a copy of it.
Most of it is already visible in the app: your profile in Settings, what the agent has remembered about you in My AI agent, and your posts in the calendar. For a full copy, write to hello@neverboring.ai.
Have inaccurate or incomplete data put right.
Your profile details and everything the agent has memorised can be changed directly: Settings for the account, My AI agent for the memory and the stories, where each item opens and can be rewritten.
Have your data deleted, in whole or in part.
Two actions live in Settings, Privacy tab: clear the memory (the agent forgets what it learned, your posts stay) and delete the account (everything goes, for good). Both are immediate, with no email confirmation step.
Get your data in a machine-readable format, so you can take it with you.
Your posts can be copied from the editor. For a structured export of everything, write to hello@neverboring.ai: it is produced by hand, within one month.
Refuse a use of your data that rests neither on your contract nor on the law.
Audience measurement can be turned down from the privacy policy, which carries the opt-out button. Tips and product emails can be switched off in Settings, Account tab.
Ask for a processing activity to be frozen while a dispute is settled.
Write to hello@neverboring.ai saying what you are disputing. The processing in question is suspended while it is reviewed.
Two exceptions, imposed by law and not by us. Invoices are kept for ten years under accounting obligations, at our payment provider. Technical logs needed for security (sign-in attempts, model calls) are kept for at most thirteen months, then purged automatically.
Apart from those two cases, deleting your account really does erase your data: profile, memory, stories, posts, conversations.
Your posts, your stories and what the agent has memorised about you are never used to train a model, neither ours nor anyone else's. They are not sold, rented or handed over.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the CNIL, the French supervisory authority, at cnil.fr.
