Never Boring AI (at neverboring.ai) is an AI agent that helps independent professionals build their LinkedIn presence: editorial programmes, post writing and editorial guidance.

Independent from LinkedIn. Never Boring AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or backed by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Any reference to LinkedIn on this site refers solely to the platform where you publish your content.

Account. Email address, first name, profile picture (if you add one), password (stored only in encrypted form) or Google identifier if you sign in with Google.

Editorial profile and content. The information you provide to tailor your agent (activity, offer, ideal client, goals, tone, writing style), your stories, your conversations with the agent, the memory it builds, as well as your posts and programmes.

Billing. Your subscription plan and billing history. Payment is handled by Stripe: your card number never passes through our servers and is never stored there.

Usage and technical data. Usage counters (quotas), technical logs of AI calls (volumes, statuses), product usage events and, for improvement purposes, recordings of browsing sessions inside the application.

How you found us. The site, campaign or referral link you first arrived through, and the path of your visits across our public pages before you signed up. This stays with us and serves only to understand what brings people to the service. It is collected only if you have not declined audience measurement (section 8).

Support. The messages you send us through the support chat or by email.

LinkedIn connection (optional). If you choose to connect your LinkedIn account so your posts can be published straight from Never Boring AI, we receive and store your LinkedIn member identifier and an access token issued by LinkedIn. That token is used solely to publish the posts you wrote and scheduled yourself, never to read your messages or your contacts, and never to act on your behalf in any other way. You can revoke this access at any time, from your Never Boring AI settings or from your LinkedIn account settings; the token is then deleted.

Providing the service (performance of the contract): creating your account, tailoring your agent, generating your posts and programmes, managing your quotas and your subscription.

Writing to you (performance of the contract): account emails (sign-in, confirmation), billing emails and publishing reminders. Reminders can be switched off in Settings > Notifications. You may also be added to our newsletter (legitimate interest): every send carries an unsubscribe link.

Improving the product (legitimate interest): audience measurement and usage analysis.

Preventing fraud and abuse (legitimate interest): bot protection at sign-up, usage limits, detection of service misuse.

Content generation runs on Anthropic's Claude models. To produce your posts and replies, the necessary elements (editorial profile, content, messages to the agent) are sent to Anthropic as a processor. Under Anthropic's policy for API customers, this data is not used to train their models.

Never Boring AI makes no automated decision producing legal effects concerning you: generated content is a set of suggestions you remain free to edit, publish or discard.

We never sell your data. It is processed by the following providers, strictly for the purposes of the service:

Transfers outside the European Union are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

While you use the service: your data is kept for as long as your account is active.

When the account is deleted: your data (profile, content, conversations, memory) is deleted for good. A technical fingerprint of your email address (irreversible, the address itself is not kept) is retained to prevent account-creation abuse.

Legal obligations: billing documents are kept for the periods the law requires (up to 10 years).

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection over your data.

You can exercise most of these directly in the application: permanent account deletion and clearing of the agent's memory in Settings > Privacy, and profile changes at any time. For anything else, write to hello@neverboring.ai: we reply within 30 days at the latest.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (cnil.fr).

In-house audience measurement. We count visits to our public pages to know where our visitors come from. This measurement stays with us: it is passed to no one, follows you onto no other site, and keeps neither your IP address nor anything that could identify you. What we keep is the page visited, the site you arrived from, any campaign parameters present in the link, the estimated country, region and city, plus the device type, browser and operating system, for 13 months at most. We also record the links you click on our pages: their label, the page you click from and their destination. For a link to another site we keep only the domain name, never the full address; for a contact link, only the fact that it was an email or a phone number, never the address or the number itself. We read nothing of what you type into a form. It runs without asking for your consent, which the regulation allows on these precise conditions, and you can decline it here:

If you create an account. When you sign up, we attach to your account the origin of your very first visit: the site or campaign that brought you. This tells us what makes the service known, and lets us reconstruct, for our internal use only, the path that led to your sign-up. This is done once and is never passed to a third party. If you decline the measurement above, nothing is attached, and if you decline afterwards, the origin held in your browser is erased. You can ask for this link to be deleted at any time (section 7).

Google Analytics and PostHog. These two third-party tools go further: Google Analytics counts visits to the public pages of the site, PostHog observes how the service is used inside the application, including recording browsing sessions. Neither loads at all until you have accepted them in the banner shown on your first visit: if you decline, neither is run and none of their cookies is set.

Active whatever your choice: the storage of your sign-in session and the hCaptcha bot protection on the sign-in and sign-up forms. No advertising cookie, no resale of browsing data.

You can change your mind about the two third-party tools at any time:

Data encrypted in transit (TLS), database hosted in the European Union with per-user access isolation, passwords stored in encrypted form, administrator access restricted and logged.

Never Boring AI is aimed at professionals. The service is not intended for people under 16.

This policy may change as the product does. If a change is substantial, we will tell you by email or in the application. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
