Independent from LinkedIn. Never Boring AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or backed by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of Never Boring AI (at neverboring.ai), an AI agent that helps you create LinkedIn content: editorial programmes, post writing, editorial guidance and a personalised memory.

Creating an account means you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

3. Your account

The service is intended for professionals and for people aged 16 or over. You undertake to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential and to create only one account per person. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

4. Plans, quotas and free trial

The service offers a free plan and paid plans, whose features and quotas (post generations, programmes, messages to the agent) are set out on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Free plan. The free plan is a trial: it comes with a one-off allowance (posts, programme and messages) that does not renew. Once used up, continuing to use the generation features requires a paid plan.

Paid plan quotas. Paid plan quotas renew with each billing period and do not carry over from one period to the next. Bonuses (through the referral programme, for instance) may be added on the conditions shown in the application.

The publisher may change plans and prices; a price change affecting an ongoing subscription is notified to you in advance and applies only from the following period.

5. Subscription, payment and cancellation

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) are payable in advance through our provider Stripe and renew automatically at each due date. Prices are shown inclusive of tax.

Changing plan. You can change plan at any time; Stripe calculates the difference on a pro rata basis.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which remains payable and available; your account then moves to the free plan, with none of your content lost.

Failed payment. If a payment fails and is not settled after a reminder, the subscription is suspended and the account moves to the free plan.

Right of withdrawal. If you subscribe as a consumer, subscribing means you request immediate performance of the service: under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately.

6. Content and artificial intelligence

Your content stays yours. You keep full ownership of the information you provide and of the content the service generates for you. You grant the publisher the technical right to process it solely in order to provide the service.

The AI can be wrong. Generated content is a set of suggestions produced by an artificial intelligence: it may contain errors or approximations. You undertake to read it over before publishing. You alone are responsible for what you publish, on LinkedIn or anywhere else.

No guarantee of results. The service is a creation aid: no promise is made as to the reach, the engagement or the commercial outcome of what you publish.

7. LinkedIn connection (optional)

Where the service offers to connect your LinkedIn account, doing so is optional and serves only to publish, at your request, the posts you wrote and scheduled. You remain responsible for complying with the LinkedIn terms that apply to your own account. You can revoke this connection at any time. The associated data processing is described in the privacy policy.

8. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited:

  • creating several accounts, or working around the service's quotas and limits;
  • diverting the AI agent from its purpose (extracting prompts, general-purpose use, jailbreaking);
  • generating or spreading unlawful, defamatory, hateful or misleading content;
  • reselling, sub-licensing or giving third parties access to the service;
  • extracting data from the service at scale, or disrupting how it runs.

In the event of a breach, the publisher may suspend or delete the account, after a warning except in serious cases. Sums already paid for the current period are retained where the account is deleted for an established breach.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its brand, its interface and its code remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, for the duration of your subscription.

10. Availability and changes to the service

The publisher works to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing that there will be no interruption (maintenance, incident, reliance on third-party providers including AI model vendors). The service changes continuously: features may be added, altered or withdrawn. If the service is shut down for good, current subscribers are given at least 30 days' notice and refunded pro rata for the unused part of the period.

11. Liability

The publisher's liability, on any ground whatsoever, is limited to direct damage and cannot exceed the amount you actually paid for the service over the last 12 months. The publisher is not liable for the content you publish, for decisions taken by third-party platforms (including LinkedIn) regarding your account, or for indirect damage (loss of revenue, of audience or of opportunity).

12. Personal data

How your personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. If a change is substantial, you will be told by email or in the application at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the amended terms; otherwise, you may cancel.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution (hello@neverboring.ai). Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
